Payment can be made

• in person with cash or a cheque made out to “Western Half Yearly Meeting”, or
• by e-transfer to whymregistrar@gmail.com (auto-deposit enabled).

Financial Assistance

WHYM runs on a tight budget and can’t guarantee financial assistance. We encourage friends to request travel assistance from their Monthly Meeting before coming to WHYM.

However, if WHYM does collect a surplus it has been our practice to distribute it as travel assistance to Friends who request it.

If you’d like to request travel assistance, reach out to the Registrar, but know that:

• travel assistance may not be available in the end, and
• any assistance we can offer will be sent after WHYM has started.
